Salary and Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $89,000 annually, commensurate with candidates’ experience and qualifications.

Position Description:
ACEC is seeking a self-motivated professional as our Assistant Director, Meetings, Exhibits & Awards.
As an integral member of our Meetings, Exhibits & Awards team, the Assistant Director, Meetings, Exhibits & Awards is responsible for managing our Fellows and Awards programs, events marketing, and support major event session production.

Oversee and manage the Fellows and Life Fellows Programs
Awards Programs
Marketing & Project Management

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, business, or related fields. Marketing experience and experience managing complex projects and working with Committees strongly preferred. Experience producing general sessions and managing high-level speakers preferred. Exceptional verbal/written communication and editing skills. Some travel required. Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills required. Attention to detail, highly self-organized, ability to work independently, “multi-task,” and work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Experience with databases, marketing platforms, and web tools preferred.
