Salary and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with candidates’ experience and qualifications.

Position Description:

The Senior Manager, Leadership and Education Programs will ensure that ACEC Leadership Programs deliver effective and relevant leadership and business management training for engineering professionals at all stages of their careers.


Duties:

• Manage all aspects of Senior Executives Institute, Pathways to Executive Leadership, and the Business of Design Consulting programs, including the following:

a. Serving as the liaison to faculty to ensure course participants have relevant course materials on a timely basis.

b. Establish and manage a process to gather feedback from current and past participants to evaluate course and any steps needed to improve the programs.

c. Delivery of a smooth online and in-person experience with attention to detail and high touch customer services for participants.

d. Managing the invoicing and payment process.

• Plan and execute online education, including working with content providers to develop course descriptions, setting up and launching event registration and managing the execution of the program.

• Develop proficiency and become a “super user” of the NetForum database and Higher Logic platform, used to manage communities, committees, and Forums.

• Provide staffing support for Women’s Leadership and Young Professionals Forums.


Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated project management experience with a focus on process improvement.

2. Experience working with CEO and senior level clientele and delivering high-touch customer service,

3. Ability to pivot and be flexible onsite. Background in hospitality management would be helpful.

4. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills.

5. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

6. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

7. Experience with membership databases, preferably NetForum.

8. Previous association experience. Experience working with member education helpful.

9. Bachelor’s degree required.

10. Must be able to travel up to one to two weeks per quarter, which could include weekends.
